We are delighted to announce that from 1 October 2008, Potts Kerr & Co. has joined forces with Forresters – a leading firm of British patent and trade mark attorneys. With the skills of the Forresters attorneys, and their well-established offices in London and Birmingham, this new association will give both firms a major strategic presence in the North West of England, and across the UK.
To reflect the new structure, we have made some changes to our website, but you may rest assured that it is very much 'business as usual'. Most importantly, you will continue to receive our high quality, professional service and the competitive rates that you expect and are accustomed to.
As part of this exciting development, Ross Walker, a Forresters partner and joint head of their Life Sciences division, will be based in our Merseyside offices. Ross has extensive patent experience including European prosecution and UK litigation and advises on trade marks. He qualified as a patent attorney with us before moving to London and is now making a welcome return to Hamilton Square.
