We have recently been made aware that a company called Community Trade Mark Filing Service Limited is sending unsolicited letters regarding preparing (but not filing) new Community trade mark applications, based upon UK registrations previously obtained. As with some other unwarranted communications (see our earlier news story, at http://www.pottskerr.co.uk/news/warning2009.html), whilst it appears that this company is legitimate, it has no connection with Forresters, and we cannot vouch for any aspect of their service.
We thus advise that you treat any communications from Community Trade Mark Filing Service Limited with caution
